Isn’t it amazing what turns up on the internet these days?

A scissor-reel from ‘Johnny Rotten Loves America’ – the show that is apparently too hot to handle – has made a surprise appearance on YouTube. Naughty, Naughty, but we like…

Will the series ever be broadcast. Who knows? The producers are doggone.

Make no mistake, Mr Rotten loves America and we’d love people to see his views on Hurricane Katrina and gun control. Not to mention talking to the proud decedents of Black Confederate soldiers from the War of Southern Independence. BUT maybe it’s just a can of worms some U.S. TV companies don’t want to open…

As John commented on JL.Com last summer: “I’m trying to work on a six part series and we’ll see if that comes off or not. Certainly, if it doesn’t, it won’t be because of a lack of ideas on our behalf…”

John is scheduled to appear on BBC Radio 2, Mark Radcliffe & Stuart Maconie Show, tomorrow, Thursday, April 10th, 8-10pm. The show is available live online via the BBC website and will be archived for 7 days.

The Irish News of the World will feature an interview with John this Sunday, April 13th. John will be talking about his Irish roots and the Electric Picnic Festival.

The Sex Pistols will play a special one-off US club show in Las Vegas prior to their summer festival dates. The band will perform at The Joint – part of the Hard Rock Las Vegas Hotel – on Saturday, June 7th. Tickets go on sale at noon this Saturday via Ticketmaster and the Hard Rock Box Office.

Also, in place of the cancelled Fields of Rock Festival in Holland the Pistols will now play: Lowlands Festival, Biddinghuizen, Holland: Saturday, 16th August.

The Sex Pistols will release a full-length DVD from last years triumphant Brixton Academy shows. 'There'll Always Be an England' was filmed by director Julien Temple and will also include an additional 80 minute interview feature where the band members visit parts of London. John travels on an open top bus. The DVD is set for a June release via FremantleMedia Enterprises.
