We can officially confirm that tomorrow's "secret" show will be streamed live on Boiler Room TV via the Record Store Day website. The show has been arranged at a very intimate London location for the official launch of Record Store Day. As previously mentioned the 4 track 'One Drop' EP will be released on April 21st as part of Record Store Day.

Last night's BBC 6 Music Queen Elizabeth Hall show saw PiL baptise 2 new songs: 'Deeper Water' and 'One Drop', along with a selection of PiL classics. The band shone like a beacon and the new songs had the crowd dancing in the aisles! Songs played: Deeper Water / This Is Not A Love Song / Disappointed / Warrior / Albatross / Flowers of Romance / One Drop / Rise
'Deeper Water',' This Is Not A Love Song' and 'Warrior' were broadcast live on BBC 6 Music. Video footage from the concert, and an interview with John, will be available by pressing the Red Button on any BBC digital TV channel from 6am on Monday 19 March. The footage will be available for 7 days.
John will be a guest at approx 12pm today on the BBC 6 Music, Peter Serafinowicz Show. John will be talking about last night's show and the forthcoming PiL releases.
Last night's Tom Ravenscroft show show, featuring the aforementioned live tracks, will be available on iPlayer for 7 days. There will also be a highlight show tonight (17th) 6 Music at the Southbank special at 10pm. Selected songs from the concert will also be broadcast as part of Gideon Coe's BBC 6 Music Show throughout next week. BBC 6 Music goes PiL!

Just a little reminder - not that you'll need it - that PiL play a very special show tonight at the Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of the BBC 6 Music 10th Birthday celebrations. This will be the first time anywhere PiL will be playing material from the new 'This Is PiL' album. The show is completely sold-out, however, songs from the show will be broadcast live on BBC 6 Music from 9pm onwards as part of the Tom Ravenscroft show; with highlights also being broadcast tomorrow night (17th) at 10pm as part of Gideon Coe's 6 Music at the Southbank special.
John will also be interviewed on the Peter Serafinowicz Show on Saturday 17th at approx 12pm where he will be talking about the Queen Elizabeth show and the forthcoming new releases.
Those unable to attend tonight's show will be able to hear live songs from the new album and EP at the London Heaven shows on April 1st and 2nd. The first night is sold-out however a limited amount of tickets for the 2nd are still available. See TicketWeb / HMV.

We are pleased to confirm PiL will play the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton on Friday, August 3rd 2012. Tickets go on sale this Friday, 2nd March. PiLOfficial has arranged a special pre-sale which opens tomorrow, Thursday, March 1st at 9am.
This weeks NME magazine is a Sex Pistols Anniversary special. The magazine includes a new interview with Mr Rotten , who is also featured on the cover.
The magazine also includes a re-printed archive interview from 1977.
The Sex Pistols have left Virgin Records to sign to Universal Music Catalogue UK. The back catalogue deal will be for the world excluding North America.

An expanded and repackaged edition of 'Never Mind The Bollocks Here’s The Sex Pistols' will be scheduled for release later in 2012 to commemorate its 35th anniversary. There will also be other releases throughout 2012 and beyond.

PiLOfficial has confirmed Public Image Ltd – John Lydon, Bruce Smith, Lu Edmonds, Scott Firth – will release their first new material in 20 years on April 21st. The 4 track EP 'One Drop' will be released for Record Store Day, and be followed by the album 'This Is PiL' on May 28th.
Both the new EP and album is self-funded by PiL and will be released on PiL’s own label ‘PiL Official’ via Cargo UK Distribution. All the new material was recorded in the UK last year at Steve Winwood’s studio in the Cotswolds.

As you may have heard on the BBC 6 Music Breakfast show, John broke the news that PiL will join the BBC Radio 6 Music 10th Anniversary Celebrations. The band will perform as special guests at the 6 Music Southbank Centre event on Friday, March 16th. See the BBC 6 Music website from 10am for ticket info. PiL's Rockpalast TV special from 1983 is given a CD and DVD release on February 27th, via MIG. The concert was recorded for WDR at Der Zeche, Bochum, Germany on October 31st. The DVD release features previously unreleased extras from rehearsals, plus an interview with John Lydon.
'Live at Rockpalast 1983' is issued as DVD / CD double-pack, and as a separate CD release.

PiL have just launched an official SoundCloud page. At present you can listen to two tracks from the recent Concert Live CD's: Flowers of Romance live from Brixton 2009 & Warrior from Isle of Wight 2011.
